Your data is used solely to provide and improve the GBReview.in service:
- Generate your QR review cards and listing page
- Communicate with you about your registration, payment, and activation
- Send occasional service updates or renewal reminders (you can opt out at any time)
- Improve our website based on anonymised usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Your Google Review URL becomes part of a QR code accessible to anyone who scans your printed card. This is the intended function of the service.
Your registration data is stored on servers located in India. We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months thereafter for accounting and legal purposes.
Registration data entered by you is temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage to pre-fill the card generation page. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.
✅ You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. We will remove your information within 7 business days.
GBReview.in uses minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g. session state). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics that do not store IP addresses or personally identifiable information.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising cookies. You will not see targeted ads as a result of using GBReview.in.

GBReview.in is a business service intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
Our service links to Google (for your review page) and may reference WhatsApp or other platforms. These services have their own privacy policies which we do not control. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com before sharing your Google Business information.
